Pulse intensity can be adjusted. But still working it out with the customer representative/agent on the "freeze" button since this is pro ice...not sure if its effective since only tried skin test...

It really work!! Especially for my armpits and legs. The hair grow slower and lesser. But have to be careful when using it for the first few times. The heat is no joke. Anyway I'm happy that it helped. :D
