Our Return & Refund Policy
At Skillano, our primary goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and transaction fees.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- A 15% Refund Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund amount due to payment gateway and system processing charges.
- The remaining balance will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing delays may occur.

Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable transaction fees.
- Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
